according to the owner, this is a Dexter Russel 10" chef’s knife. naturally i spent the next several hours combing through google looking for this beast, and found several sites .

now, the one i got off the forum is obviously a user, so the geometry is slightly different than a brand new one due to (guessing from the pic) years of honing and resharpening.
