Advice on Dealing with Delayed Order from Phantom Masks Studios

Hello ,

I placed an order with Phantom Masks Studios back in late November for a 2018 mask. It’s now halfway through June, and despite occasional communication, I’ve only received one progress picture since February. The seller initially mentioned it would be completed by February, but there hasn’t been much progress since. I’m concerned about the lack of updates and unsure about the next steps. Should I cancel the order and seek a refund through Etsy, or is there a recommended approach to resolve this delay? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
