B&W Trailer (for Halloween 1978)

Here’s a relatively low-res B&W conversion of the trailer (pardon the music in particular). I used ClipGrab to save the original YouTube video and Windows Movie Maker to change the color to black and white. It didn’t turn out too badly, and sort of brings to mind Hitchcock’s films, which Carpenter cited as his biggest influence. Clearly the film was intended to be seen in color and theoretically it looks best that way, but I still wanted to try this out as an experiment. If I decide to convert the whole movie to B&W it’ll come from a Blu-Ray or DVD and be of much higher quality.
