2ks great worn from a distance just doesn’t cut it for me displayed or close up, features seem too pronounced and rigid and it lacks the roundness the original hero had. I would opt for the most versatile of all…the 98 proto( pictured) or 75k old mold for H2.
Good points, D. I’ve had two different JC 2Ks and loved them worn but not displayed. On the flip side, I really like my 98 proto as a display piece but I don’t wear it as well. But I rarely wear my masks so…98 proto is my choice.
Two’s pretty impressive my friend but I’ve never had to urge to pull the trigger on one. As I said worn, by the right person from a little distance it can nail myers but as an all rounder ( for me) it’s not the versatile piece that I could call a grail. I never don them either my friend but still pretty nifty worn. Here’s Freddy Loper wearing this badboy.
I agree… The 2K makes a much better worn mask than display piece. I’ve always felt that way. Hard to beat costume shots with it though imo! Give it just a little Castle stretch & bang!
