Well its kind of sad because i really wanted and ive been looking myself for a quite time for a CS Halloween Resurrection mask
So i posted a message on the classifieds board wanting to buy one this guy ‘‘movieman’’ contacted me and offered me a CS mask for 230 bucks shipping included (fedex) so i agreed and send him the money on dec 29th using western union sincei dont have any pay pal he cashed the money and told me he or his wife shipped the mask but after 4 days he never gave me my tracking number and he doesnt reply my messages any more
Anyway i aint mad just really wanted the mask i was kind of ‘‘dumb’’ becauise i should have asked some references before sending any money this was my very first deal in the board…so just watch out with who you dealing with

damn bro that sucks. i almost bought that warlock from him he had in the classifieds about a week ago. although i have dealt with fed ex and the can be slow on delivery as well, especially around the holidays, so maybe it is on its way.

Thought “movieman” was a familiar dumbass. He is in fact the old known thief “smithsgrovedr”. The name and location match. He had some other screen names in the past too. You need to try to get a refund from Western Union ASAP. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY.

umm lol if he would have send it …why he never provide me the tracking number but he never did … its like if i have told him i send you the money but how he was going to cash it with out the number from western union

i dont believe him at all , i think he is full of crap. hopefully you can get it resolved , but meanwhile karma will catch up to him eventually. he is a poor excuse for a man and a waste of sperm lol. it just angers me that someone can be this way , its not right and he should not get away with it. but hopefully it works out for you bro.

Well i bought the warlock and he supposedly shipped yesterday!And through weird hushmail emails he sent, he said its on the way and he “dont get tracking numbers because it costs him money”(is he serious its 75 freakin cents!!)even though he wrote tracking and insurance in the classified ad!That right there besides ALL the other warning signs smelled of a scam.Im giving him the benefit of the doubt and waiting till tommorrow,(that’s all a priority box takes from va to ny is 3 days) and if theres no warlock like the one pictured then my uncle whos on the force in blacksburg va (thank god!) will be paying him a visit to recover my money,and the poor girl he had my money order filled out to is in a mess of trouble for committing mail fraud(a felony)All i know is if i get screwed it will cost this guy and his accomplice alot more than $150 in bail and lawyer fees, i can promise you that!If this is indeed a scam which it most likely is then he just scammed the wrong guy!Ill keep you guys posted!(hey you never know i could be posting pics of my new warlock score tmrw night!There i go again,im such a dreamer)

That Warlock has been sold 5 times over, the fact that he had you make the M.O. out to someone else seems pretty telling to me. I wish you guys the best though.
Update!!After a little detective work of my own i found out this scumbags been doing this everywhere.Hes on a duck hunting site scamming people too.This is crazy, and not for nothing but swampbilly if you saw that mask posted numerous times why not forward it to the mods??anyways im tracing the money order tmrw morning and i already contacted a detective in richmond but she was gone for the day,so ill keep you guys posted on all!i will not lose!!!and all i have to say is this guy is really lucky he didnt pull this on me 10 years ago because it would have been really ugly!seriously!Now ill just let the law work for me!His real name is joseph distefano of 4238 shackleford rd richmond va 23234 and i found out a phone number for him that actually rings so unleash your voicemails guys its 804-728-1408 and the bogus number he gave which is now off is 804-385 7151.The woman involved is maria gardner!He uses many fake names such as bill davis and john. heres a link to that duckhunting website, he goes by user name marketgunner http://www.duckhuntingchat.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=110689 I even joined the damn site to let the other scamees know his clocks ticking!Wish me luck guys
