Over the span of 4 days a member posted 42 different threads (40 of which were started today!), only to turn around and post in the classifieds after 50 or so posts were accumulated.
Another pathetic example of someone cluttering up the board to boost their post count. This shit pisses me off.

I know right? There were members that posted in there who had legitimate questions and they were all pushed to the second page because this person felt the need to fill the entire first page with his threads. I’m sure the mods will take care of it though.

Maybe there should be a filter that only allows new members to post a maximum of 5-10 posts per day. Once you hit 50 you can post as much as you want

im new at posting here. thats just retarted. and so is the 50 posts before you can post in the classifieds. i mean does the number 50 instantly earn you credibility? then you get mudstains like this new guy who posted 8000 threads and wonder why senior members leave. i would delete all his posts, issue a warning, and start him over. he smells like a scammer to me.

I think the post count rule could use some revision… But the reasoning behind it is so people can get to know someone before sending them their money. It is so people have a chance te establish themselves on the board. I think the rule should be that someone has to be a member for a certain amount of time and have a certain number of posts. That would be more effective but I’m not sure if the mods/Derek can make something like that work or not…
