Why is it lately alot of member say they want items and then back out. Its really getting annoying and its ruining sales when they say yeah ill take it says and then YOU the buyer has to ask the seller if they are still interested. Sorry guys Its getting really old. Has others had this problem? I feel its been happening WAY to much here lately.
That’s been happening alot!! Not just to you, but to me too!! I had multiple members here, make me hold things for them, and then I would have to contact them, like 2 weeks later, after not hearing another word from them!! After all that crap, they would tell me, sorry buddy, but I can’t afford that right now!! I would get pissed, and then ask them, why couldn’t you contact me, to LMK the news! They all had the same sorry excuse, OH I FORGOT!!!

its happened to me like 10 times, i hate it, but i get over it, the only time id back out is if something important would come up and i couldnt at all pay, other than that, its bs when u get offers then they say sorry i cant buy it, and cant even give you a valid reason, im completely with ya man, Z
I agree 100%. I have so many people pm me interested in buying the mask I have for sale. Then they back out costing me a couple of sales. I just don’t understand people these days. MMFAN24 is notorious for that.
And doesn’t seem like anybody with Michael Myers and some numbers in their screen name seem to always be the ones doing this?

This is why I don’t hold masks, unless a down payment is sent. I tell people who buy from me, the mask stays for sale until money reaches me. Once I get money, I delete the ad.
I never hold a mask unless its for someone I know is good for it.If a person wants to buy a mask they should pay for it then.I agree with the other post above a mask I list stays for sell untill ive recieved your payment then Ill remove it.
I totally agree, as a buyer I don’t even think about sending out an PM stating I want something without being 100% sure I can get it and when, I have already dealt with a couple of sellers on here, and when I PM’d them, the first thing I mentioned was…I wasn’t looking to buy right now, but maybe at such & such time I will. That way they know right off the bat when I’m actually looking to purchase the item, and so far i have bought 2 items from sellers on here ( Coveralls - 2 Scalpals ), And they were completely cool with the dates I gave them. I even told them they could continue on with the sale if anyone else wanted them, but they said they would hold them for me. How cool was that for them to do. Thanx guys…you know who you are. I have even inquired about a certain mask from a seller, but immediatly told him I would not have the funds till after the Holidays…Well, guess what? It’s after the holidays and I’m about to make good on my word. So I completely agree…If your a buyer…Please don’t tell the sellers on here you want something when you KNOW your not gonna have the money when payment is due, your just Battle Fuckin the guys on here that are legit.

True. One time I had a guy drag me around for an entire month saying he needed more thinking time only a month later to back out 
This happens to me all the time, or I get an incredibly low offer. Or they never respond back. It gets really annoying. Communication is key to a hobby such as this. On only a couple of occasions I did back out on a few deals but I always mention that I might not be able to. It’s basically just common courtesy in my book.

Thanks guys, I think something needs to be done and try to fix it! I understand it prob never will but its a try lol.
As a seller, if you tell them that you are not going to hold it, that leaves them the option to save up for it. If it is still around when the buyer saves enough, great. If not, he has extra money to find something else. Thats how I feel about it.
I understand that. Only makes sence if you ask me. It’s wrong to make others that can buy it now the chance to get something they want because you want to take your sweet time. I’ve got 3 kids and money is always tough and buying a mask is always a process. An example I desperatly want a warlock. I mean alot! This past week there has been like 9 different Warlock’s on the classifieds and no matter how much I want to pm and say please hold for me I’m a good guy I don’t want to make someone wait on me and miss a sale. It just seems wrong.
In this world today there is no such thing as a GOOD GUY. Sad to say it but its true. There is no need to HOLD an item If you don’t have the cash don’t look to buy. Simple as that. I hate the saying “things came up” sometime may be true most of the times its pure BS!
