Ive seen alot of new guys posting in the classifieds lately.Some with as low as 1 post.
I wanted to post something for sale the day i joined but had to wait like everyone else(well most of us)
Im just curious and also dont want to see anyone get taken by a fly by night seller!

I barely got my account on december and I had to wait until I had posted 50 to be able to post something in the classifieds…
whats going on? if they keep this up people might end up getting ripped off :smiling_imp: :axe:

I doubt the rule was changed without notice…I personally look at people’s post counts and join dates anytime I see something that catches my eye in the classifieds. No offense to anyone, but I would not buy something from someone who joined this month and didn’t have any posts to speak of. It’s easy to look around and see feedback on certain sellers, people you can be confident in buying something from. For someone who has no history and is brand new…that’s a different story :open_mouth:

I think its a fair rule, shows a level of commitment to the community, its like paying your dues

Hi, i am new to Michael Myers.Net and i hate typing so i don’t post much, but i agree with and understand your point. I will try to post as much as i can and be more involved in the community.

Just want to let it known that there is another classified with a 1 post member in there…I Know this was already posted but I wanted to post it incase they did do something but it didnt take affect or something like that

but yeah i dont know how this is happening. I had to wait for my 50 post count just like everyone else, and so should these newly registered low post count members.

I think maybe everyone is getting just a little too stressed out about this. I’m sure Derek and the mods are aware of the issue and are trying to fix it.
