Guys, as Joe said Crypt Co. is no more. They were making payments on the CGP molds and since they have decided to get out of the business, the molds go back to Terry by default as they were not paid in full. Why the Crypt Co. site is live again seems to be a mystery.

With all due respect Derek, I don’t think it’s that big of a mystery. If Joe and Dusty are out of the game, then only one person could be behind a reopened Cryptco…Terry 
I guess we will see in the near future if that’s the case. Oh and by the way, Joe and Dusty did sell a Warlock Master Mold to Hollywood Morgan, that’s a fact that can’t be disputed. It’s all good to me, I don’t know if cryptco will stay open no matter who is running it, but it’s good to see some sites being able to come back.

You know more than we do no doubt.I had no idea they were making payments on the molds.That doesnt sound right.I know joe and dusty announced they bought all of terrys molds outright because he was going out of business. And I do know they sold a warlock mold.Im sure there was many molds for the production of the warlock.But HM bought one of them.
As far as Terry ,I dont see how anyone could believe a word that comes out of his mouth.

With all due respect, if Terry wanted to sell masks, he’d use his own site. And yes they did ‘buy’ the molds… on a contract basis. The contract was not fulfilled, so the molds go back to the owner. As far as if a mold was sold to another party in this process, I have no idea.

this will be my one and only post on the topic!
I bought the mold after i was contacted directly by Joe and had to go through the 5 stages of agreements on what i can and cant do with it etc… I thought everything was well and good until i got a PM from Terry last night saying they never had molds or what not…well bottom line is this…I could provide emails and paypal statements which outline the entire transaction to prove myself. I have worked hard to maintain a clean reputation and do things honestly. I respect the laws but yet i have been questioned every single time.
I got accused of recasting the HE/FOE when i provided emails and pictures of everything. I was asked to produce pictures of the Nightwatcher I was getting from Gary at MMP (who sold it originally before anyone else!!) I have constantly had to prove myself to people over and over again to the point is…i dont have to anymore. If this costs me my membership here then so be it. I am an honest guy and have never done anyone any wrong. I document everything i do and every transaction i make to keep me out of problems if they’re to arise.
The way i see the situation…Crypt Co wanted to make one final payday on the Warlock after their site went defunct…made a mold and sold it to me…then Terry comes back wanting to sell again, so they deny it and he denies it being legit etc etc…My question is, what right does he have coming in and demanding anything in this community after he left it the way he did???
Terry PM’d me “C&D” ing me from doing anything with it…thats fine…i could fight and push this all i wanted, but in the end is it worth the drama?? NO!
I dont owe anyone anything and people will believe what they want to believe REGARDLESS what i provide as proof…if my reputation is so bad that you will believe their crap…then i cant stop you from forming your own opinion on it…i can only control myself and what i know to be truth. I have all documentation which i provided to Terry and he says it’s not true and I’m lying…what would i have to lie about??
in closing…Terry i know you will read this…I have removed any reference to the Warlock everywhere…so consider this a C&D from me…dont contact me, PM me with threats or demands, talk bad about me, or mention my name anymore…I dont want you to even know my name! this deal and transaction was done on behalf of your “business associates” and in the end im getting screwed…wow…shocker!

I bought a warlock from Terry back before he sold out and started screwing people with the dutch door action handlebar mustache of deceitfulness!!! He has no room to go making demand after the crap he pulled especially after cabbaging that 75 kirk. He has no credibility anymore. He stole and recast someone else’s mask and now he’s going and demanding that someone who legitimately bought a mold can’t make any masks with it? He’s a gorrum looser and a hippocrit!!!

Terry cant put a C&D on anything.The warlock was a recast of a NMM78 to start with.Like you said joe and dusty wanted to make some fast cash before giving the mold back and sold you a master of it.I would sell as many copies as I could if I were you.You dont need to explain anything bro. There is no honour amoung thieves, Chris. It’s extremely laughable that Terry thinks he can make someone stop anything Myers related. The Warlock was a press of the NMM78 mask which was a press of the Don Post Kirk. I know Justin did not have permission from Don Post to use the Kirk and Terry did not have permission to clay press the NMM78 to make his Warlock. Justin was upset about that when it happened. Did Justin threaten Terry with a C&D order? No, because Justin isn’t a retard who thinks he owns something just because he clay pressed it. If I were you and bought the mask I would make and sell them. Pllease, please, please make and sell them. Not just because you invested into it to make and sell them but because Terry can’t do a damn thing to you. Please reconsider, you have a lot of fans on this site. And again, Terry can’t do a DAMN thing to you he doesn’t own the Myers, the Kirk or the NMM78. What a crock.

Are we forgetting that he screwed lots of people out of masks owed and the 30th annv. masks by sending out pieces of $#!% to people who paid $800 plus for these masks?

Terry has yet to explain himself but always sneaks around the board and has you or someone else speak for him. If I were you I would distance myself as far as humanly possible from this guy. If Terry wants to make any attempt at a come back, he needs to come on here himself, man up and explain everything. There’s tons of people on this forum that will not just sit back and let him open up shop again after what he has done.
I won’t say this discussion is getting off topic because I know there is a lot of history regarding the people involved with Cryptco ect… but the main question still hasn’t been answered…Who the hell is behind the wheel at Cryptco right now? If someone ordered something who would be making and selling that something? I think the question really needs to be answered honestly
