I’m hoping they include the deleted Castle cameo but I am positive it’ll be filled with scenes left on the cutting room floor. We’ve had awesome shots of the mask production but it’d be really cool to see Justin creating the clean version and the work done to age it

Yeah I noticed that, where the hell is the alternate ending?? That sucks! Hopefully this is just a preliminary list and it’s added to the final print. At least it seems there will be a decent chunk of other bonus content, but yeah that’s ridiculous if they leave out the alternate ending! Damn, might have to wait for a Shout Factory super edition before we ever see it! Maybe it will be there though, let’s hope!
At least now this puts to rest the official release date. December 28 for the digital download, and January 15 for the Blu-ray. I will probably end up buying the digital first since I am impatient and want to watch the film here at home, where I can really dig into it. Then pick up the Blu-ray a few weeks later. They already got a double dip from me coming! Lol
this scene was in the novelization. made me not like these characters even less than i did to begin with. it does kind of add to what i see as their skewed view of things when you think about their meeting with Laurie and her comment that apparently her two divorces make her a “basket case” but Michael is a human being that needs to be understood etc.

Very glad they cut this scene. For someone dedicated to the research of crime and murder, you’d think Aaron would treat the mask with a little more respect since its2 supposed to be the genuine artifact. Parading it into the shower is careless, even if he didn’t get it wet. There is still steam and Aaron just leaves it on top of a motel toilet. Yuck?
This sounds like more of mask care complaint than movie complaint lol.
You’re on the right forum for that sort of thing though.
