No, thy only want to give me 50% back and now thal its 8 months and going to be 10 months instead of the 6 months that they have on their T&Cs I’m a bit fed up about it.
I think some have been waiting since October/November of last year. I’m starting to get worried that I’ll have to wait over a year when i was originally quoted 6 months

They really ought to stop taking orders until they’re caught up. Completely unreasonable to expect customers to wait over a year for a product. I’ve had no update at all. They’ve got 4 weeks and then I’ll be putting a complaint in to PayPal.
You will have to wait a long time mate… i have to masks H40 and H2SM for a Finishing in FPS Hands … i wait since 6 months … minimal progress… they have so much work and projects to do… i hope its worth to wait… but they all nice guys and do the best they can… and they do magic shit …

Ben from Father Phantom is working his ass off day and night to get all the masks out. His work is stunning and well worth the wait.
They sent me this picture as well. I was told my mask would be with by Halloween. Well, it’s Halloween and no mask, as you can imagine, I’m not in a great mood about it.
I wait more the 10 months for 2 myers overhauls there is no big progress or updates since the molds arrived… i was Promised 3-5 months… but you know what i give damn cause i just know when the finished and at home the will be gems!

I got a message from Ben last night and the hair is being finished as we speak. Should be sent out this week. Then it’ll sit in a box for a year.

Let me get this straight. You ordered and were given an estimated ship date which they missed by several months.
You asked for a refund, which they denied. They told you you’d have it by October, missed the SECOND estimated date, and instead of refunding you the FULL amount like any honest business would, they are just pretending everything is fine and are sending it anyways? Wouldn’t it be great if they missed this next estimated date! “We won’t give you a refund but you’ll get the mask, we promise! Sorry we missed the last four shipping dates, but it will ship in summer 2023 for sure!”
The things people get away with in this hobby… SMH.
I ordered mine in January and was told about 6 months. They then said it would take about 4 additional months. I talked to them a couple weeks ago and was told they were working on 25 masks and mine was one of them, just hoping to get it by Christmas at this point 
I understand the frustration with being quoted different times, I’m a but frustrated myself since I wanted it for the big day obviously, but I have faith. Plus I believe it’ll be worth the wait seeing the work they do
Iam waiting too since jan. Be patient that Mask you will get will be the shit! Fps is not like other artist with a 50/50 chance to get the real deal! It will be 100% on point!
