I see H78 And Second Stab in this pic!
So,so many to choose from.The mask has so many looks in different lighting/angles.
With that said,I have to go with the phone scene for sure 
this is my pick too
my fave is just after loomis shoots him and he stands up in front of the window. The way the mask looks is just jaw droppingly good 
The Closet Scene of Course! Bob
Mine is when he’s raising his head and lifts the telephone to his face, it’s the first look you get at the full mask in the movie and personally I think it looks the best there. 
My favourites are pretty much already covered, but this is my standout scene because he’s really in a frenzy at this point.
This. Perhaps the scariest the mask looks in the entire movie. As a close second I’ll say the view of the mask through the car window in the scene where Michael is strangling Annie.
Close tie I must say. Closet scene, and hallway scene.
