Some nations have different PO regulations/systems so like WFS stated research well before sending and recieving stuff. I was told that the slowest shipment from Canada to Japan takes over a month so I chose Xpress mail and it got here in 4days 
From my long years of sendin and recieveing stuff, I find USPS to be lazy at some times. It seems the more I pay, the longer it takes 
Yes sir…Its this center in Jersey not canada…Like I said I buy from Canada all the time and from different parts of canada…So obviously you deal with different custom facilitys around the US…Never had an issue with any of them…If you research the web about this particular facility in New jersey they are always having problems…It appears they dont run things well there…They loose packages are known for holding packages for absurd amount of times…Google the place and you will see they dont have a good rep 
…So dont be afraid to order from our neighbor canada guys…They have their stuff together

I too am having problems out of this place…When I call the number you guys posted, I get this recording about not being able to complete the service at this time.
I am waiting on a package from Quebec, it has arrived in the US on FEB 4th. at that Hell Hole FOREIGN CENTER JERSEY CITY NJ 099… Here it is the 17th and still no package. I am thoroughly Pissed. I bet that place is like a big a55ed playground where they take our packages, open them up, and play with whatever’s in there and even take them home to use. I am waiting on a pair of remotes for my car alarm. Since Terrorist tend to use these to detonate Roadside car bombs I guess I’m screwed!!! LOL… I bet this place is like area 51 and you can’t get near there. D@mn Snails…I need my Sh!t.
Yeah I had to get the right number through the post office bro…When I spoke to a guy up there he told me that most of the time a package leaves there the same day…He explained if a package gets there around 1 om its out of there by 3 am…So I should of got mine(Which I still havent got) 3-5 days later…Why 3-5 days whn I live in MD 3 hrs away I have no odea…But he since I havent got it it could of been from sveral reasons…The package could of been opened or damaged…When that happenes they send it all the way down to atlanta georgia to anoth facility that deal with that sort of situation for re-packaging…But if that was the case I should of had by now also…Then he said the lable might have been destroyed somehow and in that case it gets sent back to the sender…My seller never recieved the mask back…Then he said they could of delivered it to thr wrong address and it would be re roted…But still no sign of the mask…So he said the best thing to do is contact the seller because they have to file a search request and or claim for the package…Being as I am the reciever I dont have the power to do so…
So it sounds like your in the same boat with this place…I dont know what it is…Ive been buying from canada and overseas for years without an issue…The 1st time I get a package at this place it goes missing…If you google this place it apparently happens all the time…Something is wrong up there…I think packages are being stolen from people who work there or something…Its all bullshit and Im beyond upset right now…Its a mask I really wanted…Hell id be upset if it was a DP…Its principle and you dont like to loose out on anything…I hope you get your package man…At this point Im gonna be going on longer than month…I dont think its coming

I just signed up as I’m having a similar problem with 2 packages sent through the same Jersey Center. One that arrive Feb 17 and another that’s been there since Feb 3, 2010. Have you made any progress finding your mask or heard any more info about it? I’ve got 2, $400 packages that arrived at the Jersey Center and the tracking info seems to have stalled.

Hey guys…Yeah I forgot to come back to this thread…My package finally came…aintmyface,I actually got it by calling usps brotha…They gave it to me and I didnt keep it…I know I should have…But at 2 months it finally came…I think it got rerouted to the place in georgia for some reason…But that place is ridiculous…Apparently they do this all the time…Hopefully it comes bud
ha ha haaa…I guess the CIA or the MAFIA must have Rolled thru that place because after 1 month and 6 days, My package finally showed up. I had given up on it arriving. I still mean everything I said about the that spot. It’s ashamed that something like this happens… but… I am thankful that it showed up. Somebody must have sparked some Heat in that place. I am reading all over the net where the flood gates have opened up and things are moving…must have been the Snow and all the cancellations is what I guess…Oh well… Good deal man. Being able to Vent on here and other boards helps ease the anxiety.
