I’ve always thought the mask JLC is wearing had finer hair, with almost ringlets for curls.
Was this picture of the H1/H2 hero (that was used as the basis for the artwork on the H4 and H5 posters) taken during the time of H2’s production? To me the hair looks similar to how it did in H2 so that’s when I assume it was taken. Also, is the mask in this picture on Dick Warlock’s head or was it on some kind of mannequin or styrofoam head with fake eyes? I can’t really tell. Either way, the mask looks so good in this picture. One of my all-time favorite images of it.

Yeah, I don’t think TLW really knows what mask was used for Halloween II. He is just going by what he remembers at the time. He seems to look to Sean for confirmation on things.
