Whats the difference between the two dvds
One has more scenes and a alternate ending and the theatrical is the theater version.
it almost makes sense on it’s own… 
ah smart asses gotta love them. If you saw rhe first movie unrated version you would know what I’m talking about it was damn near a different movie from the one in the theaters. So to the people who own both how much different are they?
The Directors cut is a lot beter movie.
More scenes with unmasked Michael, walking across the countryside. More of the Ghosts More of Laurie freaking out. And a different ending with a proper, clear shot of Michael without the mask, pulling his best i'm scary face. Oh, and don’t forget Michael’s DIe! dialogue.
I think it’s way, way better than the Theartical version.
I agree the unrated version is alot better, it shows Lauries fall into insanity alot better i thought. Also the begining scene is cool with all the bodies in the dumpster
after seeing the directors cut im not interested in seeing the theatrical version again.
