man, I emailed the moment the site updated and then again about a week ago about vending.
sean said I should be golden but still haven’t heard back. I know they’re also busy with horror hound but if I’m going to trek a booth worthh of stuff 3k miles across the country I need to lock it down.
Anyone remember what the prices were for the VIP packages and the regular tickets were for H40? I’m sure it’ll be more expensive now with inflation and all that but I want to get an idea since I don’t remember.
Due to an unexpected server crash – with no ETA from our host provider as to when the issue will be fixed today – we have been forced to delay H45 ticket launch until tomorrow at noon, PST!
Fans have been asking about expected ticket pricing. We can confirm that weekend pass (Sat/Sun admission) will be $60, with VIP pass options available for $250. This will also be the first Halloween event which will feature early admission on both event days (Sat/Sun). A reminder that Friday will be an ‘event day’ featuring the Horror’s Hallowed Grounds locations bus tour. Details (and sales) for that part of H45 will be made available at a later date. Until tomorrow – will continue guest reveals later today! Thanks for your patience.
UPDATE: H45 tickets on sale FRIDAY at 12pm PST
The servers which manage the ticketing software for this fall’s H45 Convention incurred a more severe hardware failure than expected. The failure of this type takes time to rebuild the array and configuration which the service provider is still in the process of completing. The service provider has informed us they expect their process should be completed by the end of the day today. As such, we have made the decision to delay ticketing launch for H45 to Friday at 12pm PST, to allow extra time to assure the servers are secure and allow us time to test the systems before making tickets active. As such, this allows time us to complete testing with our backup server, to assure the Friday launch time is reached.
