Wanted to post this earlier but never got around to it due to going through a phone switch, none the less, wanted to share a cool mask Martin rehauled for me.
I had seen someone on the Facebook page discussing the H6 mask and it’s origins, I believe it was (Kaizu? Correct me if I am wrong) who mentioned the mask was sculpted soley off of the picture of the H1/H2 hero used on the H4 cover/poster.I had always had a weird fondness to the H6 but was never sure quite why. Then it sort of clicked,and I could make the connection once I read that post. I then wondered what the mask would look like with an altered hairline and eye cuts,closer to my favorite incarnation of Michael,the original Kirk.
Around Feb. last year I messaged Martin about possibly making an H6 that was closer in line with the H4 cover mask and he was down, and the concept was born. I didn’t know where to begin as far as buying a blank,so I decided to go with TOTS mask as I had read how great their H6 was. Martin snagged me one and began to go to work.
It turned out way better than I had ever hoped. I much prefer the hair on this the more traditional look,kinda has a more full wild look of the H2.
Hope some of you enjoy it, thought it was a pretty refreshing take on our favorite slasher.
