I’m watching Halloween 4 and I noticed there’s a line of dialogue refering to one of the guys in the lynch mob named big Al. It’s the scene where they find out Michael slaughtered all the cops. One guy says “Big Al lost his boy ten years ago.” So I’m wondering who’s dad is Big Al supposed to be? Is he Bob’s dad? Or maybe he’s Mr Garrett’s dad? Or maybe Budd or perhaps the mechanic Michael killed for his coveralls? Does anyone know if in the novelization they tell you who’s dad Big Al is supposed to be?

I own the original first edition as well as the Ultimate Edition. Grabowski himself re-released the Special Edition a number of months ago for only $20 but I passed on it. Figured I didn’t need three editions of the same book. Especially when literally everything and more from the Special Edition is in the Ultimate Edition. Though I do like the cover more on the Special Edition than the Ultimate Edition. IDK. I suppose if the opportunity presents itself to pick up the Special Edition in the future for a good price I may go for it.

While Halloween 4 isn’t my favorite sequel, I’m eager to read all books Halloween, be it novel or non-fiction. More responds from people, who read this, would be cool.
