It looks different in every shot, from every angle, in every lighting, and depending on who’s wearing it.
I think it’s a part of the Kirk sculpt, the forehead ridge. You can see it on the H4 mask during Kelly Meeker’s death, that particular mask was recently said to be an '75 Kirk I believe. Ive had 3 TOTS Kirk’s now and they all have it
Keep in mind, though, that the TOTS Kirk is just a NightOwl Shat, which were Kirk blanks Justin sold with the assumption they’d be converted into Myers masks by an artist. The Creep and Shat share the same sculpt, hence why any Kirk made from them will have the crease. I’ve never seen an original Kirk with the crease in the forehead. Only the forehead dent is there.
I recall seeing that Justin recently removed the crease from the sculpt, which now allows owners to choose if they want it there or not.
