Hey Doug, thanks for chiming in regardless, much appreciated,i have been shipping masks and receiving masks from the US for years and this is a first for me so as far as i am concerned this has just been a one off freak incident,i am sure the majority of the employees Do their “upmost” to make sure a smooth efficient and careful service is given to all of their companies customers it’s just sad and sickening that this has happened, the only positives i can take from this experience is thankfully the mask can be fixed and thankfully it wasn’t completely lost in shipping which i was beginning to think had happened with such a prelonged delay on the shipping and no updates provided by USPS.
I didn’t hear anything back today, so it will prolly be Monday if I ever hear back at all. But I will certainly keep everyone updated on what I hear and the outcome.
Be diligent brother. If they dont call back then you need to call them. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
I just got back from the PO and was amazed at what I just witnessed.
The guy in front of me left the counter and I watched, as I walked up to the counter, the employee drop a 3-pointer with his package into the shipping basket about 10ft away.
I dont know what was in his package but even if it were feather boas they need to take better care of other people shit.
I tried to stall as much as I could to see if she was gong to go for a triple double with my package but she was doing something under the counter and people were waiting in line.
Funny how we were just talking about this sort of thing and I witness it first hand today
Sorry’ i never even noticed you had replied here Justin, yes i hope you get some kind of explanation and maybe possibly some compensation or at least an apology’ they owe you that much, let me know how you get on.
