People have been known to lift cars like that in extreme circumstances. You must have forgotten that Michael was a complete psychopath.
I’m sorry, what does lifting a car have anything remotely to do with being a psychopath or vice versa? He’s a psychopath, but the Hulk he is not, plus, there was no reason why he lifted the car, he just did it, which would explain why the people around me in the theater were laughing their asses off. You must have forgotten the Shape was more or less a silhouette that appeared to materialize from nowhere (H1-H8), not an obnoxious colossal beast that HULK SMASHes everything in his way. Michael Myers as a character has been portrayed and rehashed over and over by numerous directors, but at least they all (except for Zombie) respected Carpenter’s original shadowy mystique about the character.
