If you could pick one and only one mask out of all the myers masks you’ve ever seen to be the next mask used in the film which would it be? And not just from the films but any mask. Be it mass produced or from one of our many talented artists. Also why would you choose that one? My thoughts would be the Maniac. One it’s different enough from the original design to stay out of leagal issues and two it just looks very intimidating. What are your thoughts? Also feel free to post pics as well of your choice.
For original menacing looks the Maniac and Butcher are up there! I’d definitely go w/ either one, probably favoring the Maniac.
To recreate the original look best my vote would go to a well converted Nightmare.

That is a masterpiece of genius you have there. For me it would have to be this or the Maniac.
oh man theres a whole list of masks to choose from that i wouldnt mind seeing used in the next Halloween film. ofcourse i would want it to be an H1 replica and
it depends on how big the guys head is thats playing Michael myers. a good psycho or early NMM would be badass but if the actor has a 24" or bigger head i dont think it would look right (judging how my psycho fits me with a 23 1/2 head) if he has a big noggin i would say go with a good converted H78 (because i know there size) if nightmares are the same size then that would be fine too. a maniac was mentioned, i wouldnt have a problem with that as i love the Maniac. honestly any independent H1 style mask would smoke what they have used from H4 on.
Considering he didn’t say it was a remake of h1, although I would go with nag cover for that, I would say a nag screenused 2 or a lunatic…I guess cause I absolutley love the blood tears mask!

I have to go with an early NMM (maybe bias) but they give unreal looks & look great from about any angle as does some older Psycho’s. Other than that i would say a KH, even a good Maniac would look sick in the blue lighting. A good H78 (not shiny) or a Nightmare would look sweet too.

Man there are several that id like to see on screen…The KH SLE…A good converted copy by AHG or JC of the H78, a NMM78, Maniac, and the psycho…
But if I had to choose 2 mask in particular it would Kris’s (Shapeshifeter) NMM78 or Jason’s(Gobears) NAG/AHG H78 kirk conversion…These 2 mask are my absolute favorite mask out there…Then I would like to see any of the new KH mask…All of those mask are killer…Later guys

If we were not going for the original look I would say the Butcher.If it was going for the original H1 look I would pick an H78 or psycho
Probably a Second Stab done up reeeeeal nice would be my 1st choice… something a tad different with a ghoulish Castle look
