Billy thatās an amazing Halloween 3 set up that you have!!!
Great H3 set my friend. I love the witch!
Top notch H III goodies, Billy. That duffel bag is simply incredible! Iād give anything to own such a tremendous piece, especially since it once belonged to Debra.
The black hooded witch is insane!
very nice display you have there! love the witch mask with the solid black hood!!
Awesome masks man. I would kill to own all of those bad boys!
Thanks everyone. These masks are what really got me into collecting. In 1997 I remember calling almost EVERY single costume shop in the USA it seemed looking for them; I racked up over a $1,500 phone bill. Needless to say, the ONLY masks I could find were the Skulls and a Black Hooded Witch, most without the Halloween III tags. I originally had a Black Hooded Witch, sold it to EAā¦then had to get another so I called the place and they luckily had another, 10 years later in 2007. Donāt ask, the shop it long gone.
Thatās an extremely good question about the Crew Jackets Chad. I wanna say that they did and I thought I saw Dick Warlock wearing one in some behind the scenes pic but it may have been a Halloween II Jacket. I have Crew Jackets to Halloween II, Halloween 4, Halloween 5, Halloween Resurrection and H20. IF a Halloween III one does exist, the thing is super rare. Well, really anything Halloween III is rare memorabilia wise. For a movie that no one liked, itās the one that is the toughed to find stuff for.
Great H3 collection.
Man Iād trade anything in my collection for the black hooded witch!
Unbelievable man! That witch is what itās all about to me! Great stuff Billy!

Iāll keep my eyes peeled⦠lol, like that will do any good. The reason this H3 stuff is so hard to find is simply b/c no one liked the movie for so many years (a majority of horror fans anyway) and Iām sure it was thrown out. Now that itās picking up steam and even more recognition, everyone wants something! Heck, I spent a few years just trying to acquire original H3 masks⦠and I just got lucky getting them all. I know the og Pumpkinhead is damn near extinct.
Thereās always the remake! LOL.
Very nice Billy⦠Thanks for sharing. Mike

great photos, billy. thanks for the information!!! (I think your Rās and Lās are backwards, though, from our perspective)
Iāll fix it.
hey billy, Iām new to the whole āh3ā mask scene. I really didnāt know much about them until recently. so maybe you could answer a couple questions for me?
the 3 masks in the film, were those just 3 random masks that tml and the crew picked or was there some sort of sponsorship done with don post? Iāve been curious as to how those specific three masks came to in the film.
secondly, were all of the original masks (the pumpkin, witch and skull) produced in the same line or series of masks? or were they spread apart as far as release date?
and last, if the masks were produced together in the same line, were they a trio like depicted in h3 or were there any additional masks with the set? like a ghost, mummy, etc?
thanks again
1-The 3 masks were chosen by Don Post, Jr. and he showed them to Debra Hill and Tommy Lee Wallace and they liked what they saw and said āOkā.
2-The Skull was sculpted by Pat Newman and went into production in 1967. The Witch and the Pumpkin were sculpted by Jim Leonard. The Pumpkin was slated for release in 1982 before Halloween III ever came along.
3-Those masks were never made as a trio, it just happened that was when Don Post showed them to the producers.
I have an article on Halloween III where I interviewed Don Post and Rob Tharp; I have TONS of great info and a HUGE surprise. I have it written and it was supposed to be with the HMA. Maybe Iāll release it here instead.
Thanks for the info Billy, I always thought the H3 pumpkin was made just for the movie. I donāt know where I got that notion from but Iām glad to get the real scoop on it now.
