Tyler Mane was actually an awesome Myers in the first Rob Zombie Halloween. I really like the change of look in that movie like the brown greasy coveralls and the withered mask with mad scientist hair. And his height made him a very intermediating presence.

Rob Zombie’s first one was the very first Halloween i ever watched so it has a special place in my heart, and alao my second favourite look of all time for Michael! I’ve got mask and coveralls on the way for a RZH1 costume, once I’ve got them and rehauled the mask and weathered the coveralls I’ll post it here

RZ Halloween was great, wasn’t a huge fan of 2ND film TBH, loved all the kill scenes, costumes and characters, however storyline was a bit over the top, and they replaced the creepy kid who played young Michael Myers with an older non-creepy kid, BIGGEST MISTAKE in my opinion; made Dr. Loomis take on this celebrity vibe and lost me with the entire white horse syndrome- was it just a reason to have RZ’s wife in the film? & then Laurie Strode ultimately loses her sh*t and is institutionalized? LAME- I am a HUGE Rob Zombie fan, love his music, movies, and other stuff he’s been involved with, just feel I expected more from his 2ND Halloween film.

His second one isn’t fantastic but i still like it. His first however is my second favourite in the whole franchise. I love his take on Michael and how he looks. And as for Sheri-Moon being in H2 he apparently has something in his contract saying she has to be in every movie he does lol. But he did go a bit off the rails in general because Malek gave him full creative freedom over it which he didn’t have in H1
