A man with some supernatural, evil thingys lol.

Men don’t get shot 6 times in the chest and walk away. That’s the whole point of that reveal at the end. Loomis isn’t surprised that he’s gone. Because Loomis knows he’s not a Man.
Loomis: I met him, 15 years ago; I was told there was nothing left; no reason, no conscience, no understanding in even the most rudimentary sense of life or death, of good or evil, right or wrong. I met this… six-year-old child with this blank, pale, emotionless face, and… the blackest eyes - the Devil’s eyes. I spent eight years trying to reach him, and then another seven trying to keep him locked up, because I realized that what was living behind that boy’s eyes was purely and simply… evil.
Marion: Don’t you think it would be better if you referred to “it” as “him”?
Loomis: If you say so.
Brackett: Every kid in Haddonfield thinks this place is haunted.
Loomis: They may be right.
[referring to a partially eaten dog]
Brackett: A man wouldn’t do that.
Loomis: This isn’t a man.
I totally agree with you. I was just pointing out that he is listed in the end credits as both “Michael” and “The Shape.” After all, 5 different people played Myers at some point in the movie lol
Yeah even Carpenter is supposedly wearing the mask at some point.
and Debra is little Mike in the first person during the intro scene.
Lots of great people made that first classic movie happen. ![]()
JC never wore the mask, just a myth.
Nick Castle = Main Myers
Tommy Lee Wallace = Myers breaking the kitchen door and closet door
Tony Moran = Myers unmasked
James Windbrn = Stunt Myers falling of the Balcony
Debra Hill = Myers standing out the Wallace house (and young Michael’s hands)
yeah it’s why I said ‘supposedly’, no one has ever said what scene he supposedly is in. So yeah most likely it’s all a myth.
it’s a good one though.
…does his cigarette smoke count as movie participation? Pretty sure you can see that somewhere. ![]()
Haha, the famous “behind the bush” scene… and it totally counts lol.
Those are old wives tales, can’t compare them to reality. Adrenaline doesn’t make the human body into something else entirely.
Adrenaline does help with strength but it’s more than that. Other chemicals in body are at play. They think during these episodes in theory possibly your able to use more fully your muscles than normally. A chimp is way stronger than a big body builder but doesn’t look very bulky with muscles. Scientists think they overall use muscles to full capacity unlike people
My wife worked with people that had severe mental disorders for the state of New Mexico . We were talking about this very same thing after the movie. She told me that that it’s not uncommon for these types of people to be very strong and have a very high tolerance for pain. So it’s possible that Myers suffers from this.

Next time instead of trying to hit head or body shot with crow bar, maybe hitting knee or leg would work better. Harder to walk after you with a jacked knee
Those are absolutely not old wives tales. It is real, not super natural, and happenes everyday.
