I used this make-up last year for my Angel Vampire make up and it took over 9 hours for it to smear or rub onto the collar of my shirt. You can sweat through it and it will not run. This is the same stuff they use at the face paint booths in amusement parks down here in FL.
I highly recommend it if you decide to go with the paint route.
Just remember, in H8 Busta didn’t paint himself, so he set a precedent as well.
