I don’t understand why we still see brown/black/bleached blonde hair on H1/H2 masks… It’s clearly a dirty blonde color on the original Kirks.
Because the color match is damn hard to find, that’s why. It would require picking up blonde crepe and dying it w/ a gray/light brown watered down mix just to get it right.
Most maskmakers don’t have the time to do this unless there is an extra fee involved.

yeah the right color is really, really, hard to find. I just got some blond crepe and it has a huge likeness to mohair except it doesn’t seem to curl up like mohair does.
