Good question. The promise of our spared livesā¦& possible hand-me-down masks after theyāve used them & need a quick unload-spot for said mask & other items we deem necessary for our collections?
Sometimes The only way heāll sell you a Blank is if its Haired as well. Which cost around $190 i thinkā¦could be wrong!
Always works perfect for me because I tell him to hair it āKirk-style,ā which always makes everything work out in the end. But - something tells me that some pieces will begin to pop up from fellow mebers here before too long that will show his attention to detail as of late

Thatās just unfair, and wrong, NIK did the sculpt, He can decide to sell a blank to any one he wants too. Lets not turn this topic into the same old call everyone out to the dance floor for the drama queen show.

Yeah, I donāt want to stir anything up in this thread, I just wanted a little information. Looks like Nik is doing good finishing and everyone already knows the greatness of JCās work, so my questions have been answered and thanks. I think it comes down to an individual choice for each person getting something done, whether or not Nik sells blanks to whoever I guess is up to him. I think both Nik and JC are doing quite well here at MM.net and making a lot of people happy, and thatās what itās all about as far as I can see

being that they are from the same year i think its unfair to assume that all of Niks masks will look like the one you recieved. both our masks come directly from Nik and the difference is like night and day. for whatever reason you drew the shortest straw on the H78 and got a rushed copy. i understand you may feel alittle cheated as you paid the same amount as others and got a rushed mask, but that is the only mask ive seen directly from Nik that looked that.
at least since you have had it redone and is a mask you can enjoy

If I knew where Nik lived, Iād kidnap him, lock him in my basement, and make him make me masks all day. I suppose Iād have to feed him.
ive wrote to him about blanks and he kept saying ācheck with me next weekā ācheck with me in a few daysāāeventually i got fed up and quit emailing him about it.
Here is my H78 straight from Nik. I purchased it in December of 2009 I believe. I cant be any happier with the finishing, and no I do not plan on sending this copy anywhere to get converted, doesnt need it. Niks finishing has been top notch for me.

Guys,there are not rushed copies,im allways saying to people and asking if they want the standard or the deluxe version,the deluxe has better finishing.by the way 2008 was an entire year,so one might be at the start of 2008 and the other at the end of 2008,that makes a dif.Also about rushed work and stuff this doasent happend,im trying the best i can with every mask but because they are custom masks its really helpfull to give me pics of the finishing you like and ill try to match it
