To answer the above question, this was a finished mask that I just repainted and rehaired and I didn’t make these eye cuts. Not sure who finished this one first. I have accumulated a few of these blanks as well as others but I don’t sell them until I have converted them, if then. No pressure that way and I can do my own thang.
