This is why many sellers DO NOT do international shipping. It is not our problem your country will make you pay taxes or some fees to get your package. If there is a problem (like this for example) you expect US to help you pay YOUR countries taxes and fees?!?! BAH.
I m still with Cody, Who cares what hes paying, its not costing u a dime and its fixing his mistake.
And yes the same reason i dont ship international. Other countries add on fees when the package gets there and expect the US to pay them?
The U.S can barely pay there OWN FEES!
They are justpretty much custom fees I am not sure how franks customs works but maybe if he marks th mask at a smaller value he won’t get nailed with 100 in customs I live in Canada and it’s always what I have people do for me when shipping something it helps get the stuff through customs quicker as well mark it as a gift
Also tho I do agree with frank in the sence where :
- Did frank box up the mask to ship?No
- If the right mask was in the box would he have be pay customs again? No
Honestly to me I think because of the now having to pay double customs is completely out of Franks hands and not something he had anyway of controlling ( obviously if he couldn’t have made sure the right mask was in there himself) I think ithe shipping to and from should be covered and a partial refund given to him to make up for the custom fees but that’s just IMO

Im calling BS on that shipping quote. Ive shipped all over the world, and it has never cost me over $30 to ship a mask anywhere. Box the mask up, mark it as a gift with a value of $25 to avoid taxes and it shouldnt cost more than $30 USD to ship either way.
YES, Cody has offered to do that, but Frank did not take up on the offer and is just keeping the mask while putting the claim in paypal. >:C
Folk’s it delights me to say that Frank and I have worked this out and this transaction will be CLOSED within a day or so. I would like to say that I hold NO grudges against Frank and I hope that he holds none against me. This has been one gigantic mix-up and I’m glad that it’s coming to an end! I will not discuss the final terms as it’s personal between him and myself. However, Mods would you please close and lock this thread as of TOMORROW, so that Frank may make any final comments as this is his original thread anyway.
