This prototype is a little over 23" and is a little thicker than the standard runs that he will be doing. I jumped on the proto simply because of the size and mask thickness and not to mention the awesome sculpt and superb finishing. My head is 23.5" and after comparing the mask to other masks I have, I figured it would be a perfect fit. I love a nice snug fit.

Still waiting on those costume photos. I really want to see how it fits, since your head is about the same size as mine. Only thing keeping me from getting one is the size.Waiting to see if a 24" head will be snug or too snug.
