Wow this film looks better every time I hear something new about it. A Halloween film involving John carpenter, Jamie Lee Curtis and Nick castle! A matter of months ago this was a mere pipe dream
I think also another thing with the stunt double, is matching his head shape to Nick’s, and Nick can show him how to wear the mask, though he doesn’t have his afro now, his head should still stretch the mask the way it did back in 78
I hope everyone is put to good use and this isn’t just a nostalgia trip and a bunch of hollow fan service. I recall how The Force Awakens had a lot of this fan service behind it, but the final product didn’t live up to the hype the fan service brought.
Im not sure about this. He has more fat on his body and face, so will the mask and coveralls look good on him ?
I’m sure he or the production will get him a personal trainer. And if he actually survives the training process, I actually like the idea of the whole thing.

He is 70 though, so how good of a shape can they get him in a couple of months ?
Well, with the right method, one can slim down drastically in a months time. It would have to be fairly extensive tho, hence the “surviving the training”.

Yeah I agree with this. It seems like they are trying super hard to make this for the fans. Which I’m totally cool with, but I’m a little nervous given his shape like some of you pointed out. But I’m sure they did plenty of testing to see if he’d be right for the job, and with the stunt double they probably got it figured out. I still can’t help but be extremely excited. Especially since such a great FX team is behind making the mask and stuff. So with all of this nostalgia, I’m sure they are going to have a mask and look of Myers as close to the original as possible, which is sooooo perfect.
He isn’t in that bad of shape, i say he could loose some weight in no time 
He’s good to go. It’s not like the coveralls are skin tight and contour to his body. And physically the role really only requires him to walk slow. Surprising nice little treat for the fans
