if the mask has been sold on ebay before and the seller didn’t opt out of ebay’s new picture agreement I’m pretty sure those pictures may be used by any seller who wants to use them. it’s probably just someone who doesn’t know any better and has probably been misinformed in the past.
I never sold this mask on ebay and I never gave anyone permission to use them
Once you put pics on the web, you give everyone a chance to copy/save pics. He doesn’t have to have anyones permission really… shitty to see your pics being taken like that but you can’t stop it. That is why you can’t save the pics in the gallery.
