Nightowl/CGP NMM78 # 1

^ although that one’s signed NMM78 by CGP, it’s also from Justin’s NM78R pull. He said less than 40 done like this were made. Does anyone else have more info about this NO/CGP collaboration?**

I was thinking of purchasing that way back but since the’re so big I had to pass.lol
The NMM78Returns were produced after the NO/CGPs.
The CGPs have sharper details than the Returns but were so big many people sold them off.
There are smaller CGP ones circulating which are unauthorized recasts of the pulls from Justin.
Terry made them under the table. The smaller CGP pulls have weak detail.

Yeah but Justin said this was from his pull and not CGP’s, hence the collaboration. If it was CGP’s pull, then Nightowl wouldnt have any attachment to this mask and it would be a CGP pull with a CGP finish. I know CGP’s own nm78 recast pull were very large, but this one is the nm78r pull with a CGP finish. That’s why it’s CGP/NO.

Yes I know what a NO/CGP nmm78 is.
And there is no such thing as NO/CGP NMM78 RETURNS

The pulls Justin sent to Terry to be finished were a size of 24-25 inches. This includes your Nightowl/CGP NMM78 # 1.
Before the past owner sold it to you I had him measure it and it’s a size 25. Way too big for my small head.
I pmed Justin and asked if there ever was a pull out of the NO/CGP collabo which was under 24 inches and he clearly stated No. He also stated that the pulls Terry sold under the table were smaller pulls. I have seen some of these small recasted versions and they have weak detail.

Justin tweaked the mold after and put out The Nightmareman 78 Returns.

No i know, I wasnt accusing you of saying that.
It may be bigger but I don’t know why because when I asked Justin about that mask he said it was an NM78Returns pull that he sent to Terry for finishes, so it should be the same size as the nm78r. I dont know, it’s confusing to begin with. Why is it bigger if theyre both from the same pull?

Justin tweaked the original mold and made a smaller mold. The pulls which were produced from this new mold are the ones the public know as the Returns. I guess they are the same but the ones from the original mold definetly have better details :slight_smile:
