to my knowledge it is legit. It’s on the H4 Blu ray from the box set. It’s definitely Castle under there.

I think the No hands part might just be an illusion of sorts. It’s a shot on film from across the street and it’s from an old lobby card. It’s likely the image has just blurred as he’s fully across the street and where his hand comes out of the sleeve has blended due to quality and the nature of the shot.
