Fan made books? I must have missed them?
Pilum Murialis:Making and selling that would likely call for a licensing deal for use of the photos through Trancas, All the studios who own the rights etc, not to mention publishing costs of the book. So I’d imagine it comes from a lack of available funds from a large percentage of people that would care enough to do such a thing. Especially when they’re all free online.
Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkThere are fan made books that have been done as unofficial guides
Do you have an example? I’m curious myself.

I tried to post a response, but the site crapped out and logged me out, but here is an unofficial cookbook made for the Legend of Zelda series

Star Wars has this one

Just noticed, but the 4th shot in this bunch is a costume shot, and that looks to be the Second Stab sculpt
Two that I came across recently. The TLW one is completely new to me, probably not for you guys. The one with Michael holding the knife looks slightly different from the other pic (posted as well) I have seen before like he is holding the knife up more or am I just crazy and it’s the same photo??

the second is angled, it was used in the Cut above the Rest Documentary

I thought the same but I see a few differences that make me think it is a different pic. If it was simply angeled the knife still wouldn’t be that high up toward his face, you get a gleam from the knife in the pic used in the doc, you also don’t see the car door in the shot. Here is a pic from my Japanese movie program (a black and white version of the color pic). Of course they could have altered the image used in the doc. What do you think??

Overlaying the two shows them as identical. The knife was likely cropped up closer to up in the angled photo used in the doc as you can see the placement and everything is the same of his hand, as well as the shadows on the mask. Overlaying the knives and his hand is a perfect match too.

Okay so the pic was altered thanks. Yes I see now the fingers are in the exact same place👌🏻 I guess it is really heavy on the shadows too
Both photos are from 1996. In the first shot you can see the Kirk neck color. In the second one you can clearly see neck is mostly white. Could it just be an effect of the camera or a thin later of white that makes us see the skin color ?

I don’t think so. IMO, the neck was definitely repainted. It 100% had skin tone present throughout the films. And it now doesn’t and has a repair. I’ve yet to see any evidence to prove otherwise.
This version appears to just be an illusion of neck tones due to a shadow hitting it bc of light from above. Whereas the second photo has flash.

Surprised nobody’s posted this yet since it was in Sean Clark’s latest video.

It’s the camera quality for both shots
I know this has been posted before, but I love this pic.

This one is really cool! Someone on here edited the photo in color, forgot who but got it from someone on here
