Rayzor's Replica blade--- weathered by the ground--Natural

Hey whats up guys…I just wanted to show some pics of the RZ style blade I got from Rayzor weathered naturally by mother earth…I stuck the blade in the ground, wet, for 48 hrs and it turned out great…I posted it here because you could do this with any style blade…RZ’s, Lamson’s, and even Machete’s…Im very pleased with how the look came out for this one…I may do another 24-48 hrs to see how it does but im not sure…I really like this look…I wrapped the handle in plastic, soaked the blade and then stcuk just the blade all the way in the ground tip first…I just wanted to show how it came out and to get some opinions from others…Thanks for looking…Later guys

After ground weathering

The weathering looks great C! Congrats on a cool score.

looks sweet man. congrats…is it heavy??

Hey man, now that’s creative! I love how it came out, It really did weather it quite a bit. I can see myself doing this in the future. Great idea bro and congrats on the score

Wow big difference :sunglasses:

Thanks alot guys…Its much appreciated…Yeah it really like the way it came out…Well the 1st 24hrs didnt do much…So I then soaked the blade and did another 24 hrs and it made a big difference…Im gonna oil the balde so it it holds the way it is…The blade has a great weight…It feels very nice in your hands…Its got weight but its not extremely heavy…About the weight of a real blade this size maybe a little more…But not much…Thanks again for the compliments my friends…Later fella’s

Looks great! How much did you get this for?

I think you can find them in the classifieds for $75.00

I know the blade is made of real steal that is rounded at the edges… is it sharp enough to let’s say, stab into a chopping block and have it stick?

That looks GREAT man!! I am glad you like it!!! Should really mess with people. lol. I used another one I made tonight at my Haunted house and they were freaking out when I got that thing close to them.

And remember, I have more left!!! PM me

Thanks again guys…I love the blade…And no they may look sharp but they arent…Not at all…There is no edge at all and the point is rounded off…You could not stick anything and cut hot butter with these things…They are 100% safe…Unless you used it to beat someone in the head with it you wont harm anyone LoL…Thanks again guys…Later

Awesome brotha! I’m really diggin that knife, great technique! The natural weathering reminds me of this old WWII knife that I own, very lamson-esque. It’s handmade of course and has small pitting throughout. This has to be the heaviest blade I’ve held in my life… thick as hell.

Thanks chad and that knife of yours is sweet dude…Very lamson like indeed and I love the natural weathering on it…Thanks for the kudo’s my friend…Later guys
