I checked out the still gallery on the resurection dvd and i noticed a picture towards the end that confused me. It was a guy and a girl that were outside near a tent. The guy is in his boxers and the girl has a sweater or something. Whats the deal with this pic? I dont believe I’ve seen them in the rest of the film.
It was a deleted scene, they were having sex in the tent and Michael stole the guys car.

The “tent scene” comes from the work print of Resurrection. There are two work prints of the movie, one which is simply called “the work print” and one (the more common version) entitled “The Homecoming”.
This scene appears right after the scene where Michael gives Harold his knife and walks down the corridor and right before the scene where the Psychology professor is lecturing the students at Haddonfield University about Carl Jung and “the shadow” (“Inside all of us lurks a dark malevolent figure” Jung calls this figure “the Shadow”).
In the theatrical version of the movie after Michael walks down the corridor the screen fades to “Halloween Resurrection” and then the lecture scene follows, so the tent scene was replaced with the “Halloween Resurrection” fade in the theatrical version.

The scene depicts Nurse Phillips (Marisa Rudiak) performing ahem “favors” on some guy she is with in a tent. You see Michel walking up to the tent and he can see the silhouettes of the couple due to the light inside. He stops just in front of the tent and does his signature head tilt after watching the couples “busy” shadows for a moment.
He then walks over to what appears to be a nice red '69 Firebird (Mike has good tastes in cars, ever notice that? 
) and drives off. The guy hears the car being driven away, runs out of the tent with nurse Phillips and says to her “He’s so dead!” (not having any idea who stole the car) and nurse Phillips says (to the guy) “My boyfriend is going to kill me, he loves that car!” 
The pic you see in the still gallery is a shot right after the guy says “he’s so dead”.
I always thought it was strange they added this pic in the gallery yet didn’t add the scene to the deleted scenes section.
