I wonder what this beauty looks like next to a SSN H20. I would love to see that. What are the differences between the two? Aren’t they from the same mold? Which one is better?

well they where both clay pressed but a very knowledgeable friend of mine who owns both the v2 and sgh20 said that the sgh20 is the ONLY one which successfully clay pressed the eyes, so the eyes on the sgh20 are exact! :slight_smile:

There are actually 2 SSN H20 winston masks.

The Durand is a clay press off a mask made for the movie.

The earlier SSN V2 is taken directly off the movie mould when Sean Clark had it. The V2 is therefore technically the most accurate of all the winston masks. Its also bloody hard to find.

However the SGH20 is clay pressed off the Hero, thats why they have the neck extension. As Tom Smith pressed this directly off Darrens Hero they do indeed have the hero eye cuts! Which for me is what makes this mask very special.
