SSN Halloween III trio numbers question

I don’t know if this has ever been asked here, but I have been wondering. On my original version SSN H3 trio set the tags are numbered as follows. My pumpkin is #4 of 31, the witch is #5 of 20 and the skull is #19 of 20. Now my question is were there only 31 pumpkins made, 20 skulls, and 20 witches. That is what the tags would lead you to believe, however I am pretty sure there were more than that produced and sold by SSN so what exactly do these numbers represent?

:open_mouth:

If thats whats signed then yeah id say so…pretty cool to

Maybe they anticipated the pumpkin being the more popular one?

Ya know, being as this is Michael-Myers.net I figured someone would know the answer to my question. Have I stumped everybody with this question?

Since no one seems to know or want to answer your question, try contacting SSN and ask them directly.

I have, it did not seem to work very well as I received NO answer.

Maybe it’s not the total number made but the number say 3 out of a batch of 20. Meaning maybe they keep the batches low so they can concentrate on the details of each better if you catch my meaning. If the batch gets to high you may lose detail because it’s human nature to try to finish. :drinkers:

Yes, those numbers represent a “limited to” run. You might get better answers if you explain why you think there were more produced. Back when these were made, H3 was not as popular as it is today, and DP colloctors would rather have originals, so there wasn’t much of a reason to make an excessive number of copies. I’ve never run across any mystery unnumbered copies of the masks they limited, like these or the H2Os and so on. Which might be another reason why no one is answering, you are kind of calling their business practices into question in a roundabout way. You sure you’re not confusing the second unlimited releases?

I juts assumed they made more, just because it seemed to make sense to me, but you do make a good point Swamp. Benny said he thinks that there were different runs of the masks.

Darren made the first run and they were limited to the tagged numbers like you mentioned. Brad makes the new run and it isn’t limited but wont be offered forever if I understand it correctly from Sean and Brad. There isn’t a set number where they will eventually stop but more of if the interest goes away the mask will be shelved possibly.

Thank You Scott

No problem dude.

Quite honestly. . id like to see ssn release a non-signature series line that glow in the dark.

You didnt post a pic of the tag… Here is mine … Look at this link… I asked the same question in Nov and no one even had a reply…

Yeah Scott knows quite a lot about SSN masks but he seems to be the only one that does.

Basically you answered your own question. You have #24 of 31 masks made. You have an older run not the T.L.W sig series mask.

The SSN masks have been out for so long maybe everyone thought it was common knowledge or something. The SSN threads don’t get too much attention these days it seems. That or people ask the same questions over and over so no one bothers to reply since SSN can be contacted directly ya know.

Yeah I contacted them about three weeks ago with this question and they never got back to me.

Thats odd.
