I did this Nightmare up one night last week for my son and I to do costume shots with… but it doesn’t fit me as well as I would have liked. We only got 2 shots with me wearing it… just doesn’t fit my noggin right! I went with a very rough, and raw look… even a tad different eye cuts than I normally do. Hair is crazy, nasty stuff that I have used in the past. I like to change things up from mask to mask these days… just to keep them all interesting! The Nightmare is still one of my favorites as an accurate looking H1… they are capable of certain looks that I have yet to see in other modern sculpts! Sure, they have their problem areas as does any sculpt… but when done up right, they are tough to beat for the 1978 “Boogeyman” look! There’s just something about the Nightmare that keeps me satisfied! It’s definitely in my top 3 for H1! Anyway… I just thought I’d share this one with you guys, and thanks for looking!
Normally I’m not a fan of the Nightmare on display, I prefer it worn. But this one seems to come to life in all the photos, something I’d never think I’d say about a Nightmare. You are truly a master at converting these…
Big fan of the Nightmare and when done up in the proper way they make for a mean looking Myers and have some killer looks from angles, this one looks fab James’ really top class work
Thanks everyone for the kind words! This one was fun for sure… I just let my hair down so to speak, and tried some new techniques. It just might be the most H1 looking mask I have done… but I can’t seem to capture that “special” look in my pics.
Thanks again and hey Dean… I will see what I can do! And Nick… it can be yours!
Hey, thanks Hugo, K-man, and Joey… I really appreciate it fellas! This one definitely nails several looks, and maybe I can do a full shoot with it soon!
