Beautiful sculpt and some of the softest looking hair I’ve ever seen. This pulls off H4 Cover flawlessly and that’s just the beginning. Really nice score man.

Yes, he sculpted it. It’s a retooled Creep, I think. Like a hybrid between a Creep and a Maniac.
Thanks for clarifying. I wasn’t sure who made it or who sculpted it given the two tool marks on the right side of the neck that are present on a lot of Nik’s mask. When everyone said it was NO it threw me for a loop because I had just assumed it was a NAG mask 
.

As I mentioned in the first post, its from Justin/Nightowl. It was released a few years ago and debuted at Mask-Fes. The concept is you guessed it, the cover mask and he also sculpted in some small rips and cracks around the eyes, neck and the lips. And yes, it’s somewhat of a Creep and Luney/Maniac hybrid.
You can still order them from Justin but not sure how long the wait is. The best way to get one is go to either Mask Fes or Monsterpalooza and he always brings different varients of these and they sell out pretty fast.
Size will vary. I think mine is on the 23 or 23.5, haven’t tried it on yet but it feels smaller than the creep when popping it on the same display head. The hair used on mine is some sort of straight soft mohair and had asked him not to mist it so its pretty kirky Tramer blonde. The finish on mine is an off white greyish color and the flesh tones are red like a KH. So all the grub you see on the nose and lips are fleshtones. Just looks black due to the shadows,
