To spray or not to spray?

As we all know the Hero had sprayed hair as Tommy Wallace says he did.Just wanted to here your thoughts on what you thought of a mask with hair sprayed over.

It’s more authentic i’d say but I myself don’t like it that much myself. Myers was supposed to have grabbed the mask from a hardware store full of cheap masks. Not a spray painted converted Kirk. I guess it’s all
personal prefrence.

i really dont care spray or know spray but if it"s gonna keep the hair from falling out i say go with it…

I only like a little, it’s not really noticeable when I take pics either.

Are we all on the same page here?

Are we talking about HairSpray to hold the hair in place, or are we talking about Spraying the hair to alter the color?

I assumed this was about keeping the hair in place but now I’m not sure…

While it may be accurate, I don’t care for the look. Especially when you see black in the front and blonde everywhere else. I prefer my hair dyed.

Sprayed is the way to go if you are looking to get that grungy “authentic” vibe. When I hair a couple new masks and one has hand dyed hair and one is sprayed hair… the one that’s sprayed always sends chills. I was always anti-spray in the past but now it’s the other way around, I love it. :wink:

I like the sprayed look, espcially J’s mask, aka gobears04, when Mike first converted that mask for J and when J took pic’s of the first NAG/AHG H78 my mouth dropped on the floor, to me it looks so accurate to the 75 kirk used in Halloween. Mike really knocked the mask outta the park with that one. James also does some awsome conversions as well, some he sprays and some he doesn’t, I like both looks, as some scene’s in the movie show it sprayed and some show the wear on the mask and the paint worn off. My NAH/AHG in my avatar is by far my fave mask, but doesn’t have the hair spray painted, hell I’m not sure what type of hair is on it, but it rocks, now if I get some extra cash and get lucky with an NAG/AHG J version in the classified’s I would def. buy it, just my opinion… Dean
