I understand they’re busy, I really do and that’s totally understandable, but the silence is worse then paris hiltons acting.
I ordered on February 1st. Still patiently waiting on my H3 Jack o Lantern mask.
I ordered on the 30th of Jan and still haven’t heard anything. They did post a FB comment saying they were starting to ship though, so hopefully we’ll hear something soon.

We are happy to announce that all of our masks were loaded into our warehouse today, i.e., everything is in stock.
We will start shipping in the order received starting tomorrow. Keep in mind that pre-orders started in early January, so if you pre-ordered in June, all the customers that ordered ahead of you will go out before you, hence, why I have been answering all of the “can you give me an exact date when my order will arrive,” with “within the next three to four weeks.”
All the large store orders probably went out first since they ordered theirs well before the general public. Makes sense to clear out the large orders first and get all that inventory out of the way.
Personally, I don’t doubt one bit that everyone at TOTS is hustling to get these orders out. It just feels like someone should have received something and posted about it by now. I’m sure everyone, myself included, is just excited. They still have plenty of days left in the month.

we ship in the order received. Pre orders started in January, which includes stores and internet customers. I have 14 employees doing nothing but shipping all day. Hang tight, they’re coming

According to the website all thier Halloween Myers/H3 masks are in stock so not much longer guys… I’d say 2-3 weeks tops…

Halloween Mask World is selling them on ebay now and they are less expensive than Tots.
