Here are some before and afters. I actually placed several sutures to close the lips which I felt were over-opened giving this Mike a “dim-witted” look.

Here are the after photos. Still doesn’t quite have “the look”, but I think it’s closer. Anyway, it was fun and nothing to loose on a mass produced cheapo…

it’d look even better if you ripped the eyebrows off and styled the hair a little bit just a thought :finga: but looks good man

Yea, paint the eyebrows white and I think you’d be golden.

so far it looks great just stuff that thing to get the shape back and then get it rehaired and the eyebrows painted
white then you’ll be set

thanks, guys. I’ll paint the eye brows and do some more hair styling, but I don’t think it’s worth doing a re-hair.

Can someone tell me what type of paint I should use for the eyebrows. I’d like to by the smallest quantity possible because I have no use for any white paint otherwise. What about Rustoleum for plastics??

looks awesome man, use acrylic mixed with latex to paint over the eyebrows and if you also rehaired it you could get this looking like an indie mask imo, what you have done so far is absoloutly perfect! :smiley:

I’m planning on selling this one after I’m done. But I don’t have much experience with re-hairing. Do I get rid of all the old hair? Where do I get the NEW hair? Is it a technique sensitive?? Any tutorials?
I have a feeling I make a mess out of it and maybe I should just try to re-style the hair a little bit.
Let me know if anyone is interested in purchasing this mask. I bought it for $50 and would let it go for $35. It would be a nice project for someone…esp someone who’s got some re-hairing experience…
