Sorry for loss brother, losing a best friend is just the worst. I too lost my furry brother 9 years ago, and i’m still devastated till this day. I know without a doubt Thor knew he was loved and was given the best life possible because of you. I hope brighter days are just around the corner for you. Once again my condolences.

Nothing is worse. Been on that ride myself and it knocks you out of orbit for a while. Looks like you gave him a great life though.
12 years is a good age for a large dog, if there’s any solace you can at least be happy you got those 12 years.

I’m so sorry to hear about this, I know what it’s like. I lost a dog a few years back, and I sat there with him for a while on the night he died. Woke up the next morning, and he was gone. Losing a dog just leaves an empty space in your life, like every loss. In time, it will get better.
