Hey Guys. I bought a new camera the other day and thought I’d take some new pics of my Don Post 1980’s Prototype. These are some quick pics and still doesnt catch everything, but for now these are great update shots. Take a look.

Very interesting mask indeed, I can’t believe how big those eyes are!!! Now does anyone have any clues on how many of these were made? It’s also really nice to see that they left those dang sideburns off, wish they would have done that to the one they actually ended up producing.

As far as I know This is the only copy ever made. The mask is a Prototype from Don Post Studios made in the early 80’s It’s dirived from a '75 Kirk. I assume it’s a prototype for “The Mask” . Billy has a mass produced early DPS "The mask that looks similar too mine, but with different ears. This mask is extra thick uncut in the back and made of PURE latex with no additives. This guy is hear too stay. 100% Mint and what I can see won’t rot in my lifetime. This piece was made too last… Better pics tommorow…

Yeah it’s got some H20 eyes for sure. Cool mask though, and if it is a one of a kind, then you have a real treasure there. I have never seen one. What a very cool mask, and a very cool score. Congrats
