If only I had the forethought to take a hundred more pictures of it. If I have my timeline straight, this is shortly before it started to deteriorate extremely rapidly and needed the restoration.
I know! It’s so sad the lack of HQ photos before it started to deteriorate. I believe you’re right, around early 2008-ish is when it began if I recall correctly as well. Not that the restoration doesn’t look lovely, of course! It just doesn’t compare to the original
