This is just something that I was thinking about: Was the Halloween 4 mask a converted Captain Kirk mask just like the original or was it just a mask made for the movie? Because it looks a little bit like a Kirk mask…

I think it’s Kirk based but it is not a '75 Capt. Kirk.

im sure its not a 75 Kirk. ive heard its a kirk based mask but not a 75. i wish they wouldve tried to convert it to look more like the original.
Its not a 75 Kirk (fairly certain) but the scene where he grabs the mask off the rack in the drug store is a 75.
i thought it WAS a 75 kirk, lol, not too sure now! 
its a really bad kirk coversion!!! thats why it looks close to the original than any of the other sequal mask espacialli in the scene in the school where George Wilbure is wearing a completely unconverted kirk. at first they were using an unconverted kirk but decided to convert the mask and had to reshoot some scenes and happen th miss that scene in the school.
From what ive herd it wasnt a Kirk but the did import an original Kirk for that scene where Michael has blonde hair.
They Clay pressed/Recasted a Don Post 85 “The Mask”. Not the 86 verison that everyone has, this was a different sculpture, Very Kirk like. The H4 mask had eyebrows added, not sculpted on. Look at the DP 85’s and 86’s they pretty much have painted on eyebrows…

I have no clue what it is it could be someones life cast or the recast 85 DP like the others said, but it’s definitely not a 75.
What I’m dying to know is which previous Kirk they based the Halloween 5 mask on?
