Anyone know what happened to David Pope and boogeymanmasks.com?
I WAS IN CONTACT WITH THE OWNER A COUPLE OF WEEKS BACK ABOUT GETTING A MASK AND HE SAID THEY WERE STILL OPEN, HOWEVER AFTER THAT THE SITE WENT DOWN AND HASN’T BEEN BACK UP SINCE THEN SO IDK I’D LIKE TO KNOW WHATS UP TOO.
i sure hope he opens back up, theres a few masks i would love to own.

This sucks, I just ordered a mask from David about a month ago. Sent him an email a few days ago with no response. I hope I don’t get screwed. Should I be worried?
Man… what a bummer that he’s closed. David has some nice work. I ordered my very first mask from him.

What the hell, David was such an awesome guy, but he’s just one man and maybe there was too much pressure in his life. I guess I have one of the last masks he ever made, it’s such an amazing & incredibly detailed piece of work. I got it the day before Halloween this year. I was actually “stalking” around downtown in my full outfit and wearing it tonight. Took just a half hour for the police to arrive 
I scared the shit out of about 30 people in that time, it was so awesome.
I absolutely love the mask, but I mean, if you somebody REALLLLY wanted a Boogeyman75, I guess I would consider an offer. It’s still got the tag, only worn twice. PM if you are interested I guess?
That’s depressing really. I wondered why he didn’t answer my “thank you” email after Halloween. Hmm, I’m going to try to call him and get the full story!
I sent him an email about it a few weeks ago and he said his cable server shut it down for no reason. He said he was still making masks and he would prob have to make a new site. I hope so. Love my Boogeyman75. But if he closes it will be avail for a nice chunk of change!! Cause its from his last batch just like loogs. Got mine the day before this halloween.
A question I asked him was what are the chance that Trancas put the smackdown on his site? He said he was gonna look into it!! I hope he is not done. But I still have his email incase I want another mask!!
Just to add to Rayzor’s comment, I got an email from David today stating that he is still in business and is looking for a new provider for his site. He was out of town a few days which is why he wasn’t quick to respond to emails. So it looks like I will be getting my BM 75!
Ill be glad when his site is back up. He has one of the best H1 masks Ive seen.
I’ve always thought the boogeyman mask was one of the coolest masks out there … very underrated !
He is still rocking…I should have a Boogeyman 75 in a few weeks!
